X-ray single crystal diffractometer is mainly used to determine the three-dimensional space structure and electron cloud density of inorganic, organic and metal complexes and other crystal materials, as well as to analyze the structure of special materials such as twins, incommensurable crystals and quasicrystals. Determine the exact three-dimensional space (including bond length, bond angle, configuration, conformation and bonding electron density) of the new compound (crystal) molecule and the actual arrangement of the molecule in the crystal lattice were determined.
