2023 The 16th Annual Conference on the Development of Chinese Scientific Instruments (ACCSI2023) was grandly opened in Yanqi Lake International Convention and Exhibition Center in Beijing. With the theme of "Innovation and Development of industrial interconnection - Helping Beijing Huairou build a source of scientific instrument technology innovation", it promoted the healthy and rapid development of China's scientific instrument industry and built an effective communication platform for all parties in the scientific instrument industry, attracting nearly 1,500 representatives from all walks of life. During the conference, the "3i Award: Instrument and Testing Ranking Awards Ceremony" was successfully held.

The Instrument and Testing 3i Award, referred to as the "3i Award" (innovative, interactive, integrated), as a public welfare award in the industry, has started from the Excellent New Product Award when it was established in 2006. Gradually expanded to enterprises, entrepreneurs, R & D experts and other aspects, and continue to record the shining stars on the development of China's scientific instruments and testing industry.

Since 2006, China Instrument Network has launched the "3i Award - Excellent New Products in the Scientific Instrument Industry". After more than ten years of construction, the award has become one of the most authoritative awards in the scientific instrument industry at home and abroad, the award list has been accepted by a number of government departments, and the instrument Information network new product release column has become the preferred platform for scientific instrument manufacturers at home and abroad to release new products. In 2022, a total of 291 domestic and foreign instrument manufacturers declared 674 new instruments. After the initial review of the professional editorial team of the Instrument Information Network and the review of the network jury, 51 products were determined to win the "Nomination Award" of excellent new products in the scientific instrument industry in 2022. After the final review of the "Technical Review Committee", 10 instruments were determined to win the "3i Award - Excellent New Products in the Scientific instrument Industry in 2022". Dandong Tongda TD-5000X-ray single crystal diffractometer won the "ACCSI2023 Instrument and Testing 3i Award - Excellent New Product Award of Scientific Instrument Industry in 2022".
